IMS was founded in 1990 by Trevor Jones, the company’s Managing Director. Trevor has been in the business for over 30 years and brings a wealth of experience and know-how to any project.

The business works alongside a range of service partners, which gives each customer access to a full suite of services, whether it be printing or copying for local businesses, or the production of thousands of catalogues, personalised and mailed out around the UK and internationally.
Based in Selsey, West Sussex, on the South Coast, all of the team live locally and are a mix of full-time, part-time and out-workers. Our customer service team are responsible for the planning of each project and ensuring that the operations team fully understand what is required.
The team will discuss your requirements with you, and make recommendations for you to get the best out of your mailing. Your data will be processed in full compliance with best-practice and GDPR guidelines.
They will liaise with all participants in the service chain, to make sure that everything is perfectly synchronised and that you are kept fully informed of timescales.
