Instant Mailing Services has 2000 square feet of secure warehousing, located in the seaside town of Selsey, West Sussex.
We offer a warehousing, storage, picking and bespoke packing and mailing solutions to a variety of clients, as well as our own Flameless Candles and Silk Sleep products.
We can accept orders on your behalf from your website, e-bay, Shopify and any other outlet, which we can integrate with postal solutions of your preference. Our relationship with suppliers of postal services means that we are often able to pass on discounts to you.
Our range of services include:

- Pallet storage – free for clients with ongoing pick & pack activity (subject to minimum volumes)
- Daily extraction of ordered items from stock
- Assembly (e.g. labelling and finishing)
- Packing (your bespoke packaging or ours)
- Mailing (Royal Mail, Courier, pallet transport all available).
- Inventory management, stock control

PALLET STORAGE
We offer free pallet storage to customers subject to minimum volume
PICK & PACK
We can extract and pack your finished product for next day delivery for as little as £1.00 per item.
Alternatively, we can make up your products from supplied components into the finished article – inserted into your own bespoke packaging as required.
MAILING
Most shopping solutions can be integrated into our Royal Mail accounts (and other outlets), enabling us to quickly prepare your products for the post, and have them collected the same day (for any order received by 2pm). We can send First Class, Tracked and Signed for, or Economy – the choice is yours. We can advise you on the most economical postage methods to suit your budget.
